I work with individuals & families in exploring the space for choice which Viktor Frankl notes exists between stimulus & response. This is where real growth & freedom can improve. In this exploration, people work to create the inner & relational experiences they want. This strengthens empowerment, differentiation, connection & integration.

I work to see you and be with you...

In working with people for the last 23 plus years I have developed a strong love for being with people-whether as individuals, as a couple or as a family-in a compassionate and containing way as they explore the strengths, struggles and variety of difficulties in their lives.  I work alongside you in developing increased clarity, acceptance and compassion for your individual, relational, and environmental experiences, and support you to become empowered with increased knowledge and adaptive skills so you can take an open and intentional approach in your life developing increased autonomy, connection and purpose.    I'm grateful and feel blessed as I get to support and witness people increase in their ability to cope with the multitude of life's ongoing stressors, while creating greater joy, peace and happiness.

I work from the idea that good mental health comes from and is strengthened by healthy relationships. Anxiety and depression are never isolated to the individual. Mental and emotional struggles connect to imbalanced coping and the ways we develop and maintain connections with one another. We will address most challenges through the CBT method, but my skills have developed over my nearly 24 years as a therapist with adaptation to client needs, including Brainspotting. My clients experience direct, attentive, warm, and caring dialog with a safe and accepting presence. I work with individuals, couples and families.

I work best with clients looking to improve their connections with others while working to develop a strong sense of autonomy and empowerment. As I work with my clients, we will access difficult and positive emotions, creating better ways to handle the challenges in this life while embracing the good.
