For various reasons life can seem overwhelming, difficult to understand, and disruptive to your life. One might feel a sense of loss of control, fear, hopelessness, anger, or even shame. Some may even feel they have to cope with all of those emotions and feelings on their own. If you are experiencing any of these emotions and feel lost – I am here to help you. I want to help you learn and believe that you are not alone, you are not to blame, and with help – you will be well and happy again.
My experience is broad and includes depression, anxiety, disruptive behaviors, relationship issues, grief, trauma, and Perinatal/Postpartum. Each client is unique and therefore my therapy approach is individualized and centered on your specific needs using treatment modalities that include CBT, EMDR, Mindfulness, and DBT.
