Greek Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients list

▪ 3⁄4 cup serving of Oikos Triple Zero Yogurt (flavor of choice)

▪ 1/3 cup of Kind Granola Clusters With Flaxseeds Vanilla Blueberry ▪ 1⁄2 cup of Fresh Frozen Blueberries

Suggested Sides:

▪ 1 Orange - (2-5/8 inch dia) *Optional, can substitute a different fruit based on preference ▪ 1 slice of Orowheat 100% whole wheat bread

▪ 1 Tbsp of unsalted peanut butter (smooth)

▪ 1 Tbsp of Honey

Directions

1. Portion out yogurt into a large bowl. Add in granola and blueberries, mix, serve.

*Side Suggestion (included in nutrition facts & estimated cost): Enjoy with a medium orange and a piece of whole wheat toast spread with peanut butter and topped with honey.
