OFFICIAL DRAWING RULES AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

NO PURCHASE OR DONATION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THROUGH THE FREE ENTRY METHOD DESCRIBED BELOW. THERE IS NO COST TO ATTEND THE DRAWING. ENTRANTS MUST BE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE, COMPLETE THE OFFICIAL ENTRY FORM, AND BE PHYSICALLY PRESENT WHEN SELECTED AND ANNOUNCED. FREE FORM ENTRIES AND CHIP-TO-TICKET EXCHANGES CLOSE AT 9:30 P.M. MOUNTAIN TIME ON THE DATE OF THE EVENT. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor and Event Location

The Casino Night prize drawing (“Drawing”) is sponsored and administered by Firefighter Support Foundation (“Sponsor”) in connection with its Casino Night fundraising event (“Event”).

The Event and Drawing will take place at:

These Official Rules govern entry, eligibility, chip-to-ticket exchanges, selection and verification of potential winners, and distribution of Drawing prizes. By submitting an entry or accepting drawing tickets, each participant acknowledges having had an opportunity to review these Official Rules and agrees to comply with them, subject to applicable law.

2. Eligibility

Participation is limited to natural persons who are at least eighteen (18) years of age when entering.

To qualify for a prize, an entrant must:

(a) Complete and submit the Official Entry Form by the entry deadline;

(b) Provide accurate information sufficient to identify the entrant and verify eligibility;

(c) Have a valid entry included in the applicable Drawing;

(d) Be physically present in the designated Drawing area when the entrant’s name or ticket number is selected and announced;

(e) Identify themselves within the response period stated in these Official Rules; and

(f) Complete any reasonable verification necessary to establish identity, age, and compliance with these Official Rules.

Individuals directly responsible for controlling the entry pool, conducting the random selection, or verifying winners, and members of those individuals’ immediate households, are ineligible to enter or win.

The minimum age requirement for the Drawing does not authorize participation in any separately restricted activity or receipt of a prize for which applicable law requires a higher minimum age or additional qualifications. Any additional prize-specific eligibility requirements must be disclosed in the Prize Schedule before entries are accepted.

3. Required Registration and Free Entry

Every entrant must complete the Official Entry Form linked below, including participants who obtain additional drawing tickets through the chip-exchange procedure.

A properly completed and timely submitted form provides one (1) complimentary Drawing entry. No purchase, donation, acquisition of chips, or participation in casino-themed activities is required to receive that complimentary entry.

The complimentary entry is limited to one (1) per person. This limitation applies to the free entry-form method and does not establish a limit on additional valid tickets obtained through the chip-exchange procedure described in these Official Rules.

The form must include the entrant’s full name, a valid email address or telephone number, confirmation that the entrant is at least eighteen (18) years old, and acknowledgment of these Official Rules.

Event admission purchases, donations, possession of chips, and participation in Event activities do not substitute for completing the Official Entry Form.

An individual who needs assistance accessing or completing the form may request assistance from an Event representative before the deadline. Assistance will be provided without charge. Assisted entries remain subject to the same deadline and eligibility requirements.

4. Entry Deadline

The deadline for submitting the Official Entry Form and completing chip-to-ticket exchanges is 9:30 p.m. Mountain Time on the date of the Event.

An online form must be successfully submitted and received by the deadline. Beginning a form, saving an incomplete form, or attempting an unsuccessful submission does not constitute a completed entry.

Participants seeking to exchange chips must complete the exchange with an authorized Event representative by the deadline. Merely possessing chips or intending to exchange them does not constitute a Drawing entry.

Sponsor will announce the approaching deadline at the Event. Participants remain responsible for allowing sufficient time to complete registration and any optional chip exchange.

Sponsor’s entry-system records and the official time maintained at the exchange station will be used to determine timely receipt and completion. Deadline determinations will be applied consistently.

5. Donations and Event Chips

Participants may make donations to Firefighter Support Foundation and receive poker chips for use during the Event in accordance with the chip-allocation schedule disclosed by Sponsor before the donation is made.

Event chips are not currency or legal tender. They are not redeemable for cash, cannot be returned for a cash refund, and do not establish a right to recover any particular monetary amount.

Participants may elect to exchange eligible Event chips for drawing tickets under Section 6. Accordingly, the restriction on cash redemption does not prohibit the chip-to-ticket exchange expressly described in these Official Rules.

Only chips issued or expressly accepted by Sponsor for this Event may be used. Counterfeit, altered, unauthorized, or improperly obtained chips will not be accepted.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits any refund or other remedy that applicable law requires. Sponsor makes no representation in these Drawing rules concerning the tax deductibility of a contribution.

6. Optional Exchange of Chips for Drawing Tickets

Exchanging chips for drawing tickets is optional. Participants are not required to exchange their chips or participate in the Drawing.

An eligible participant who wishes to exchange chips must present and surrender those chips to an authorized Event representative before the 9:30 p.m. deadline.

Sponsor will disclose this rate and any exchange limit before participants obtain chips. The disclosed rate and limits will be applied consistently and will not be changed retroactively to disadvantage participants who have already obtained chips.

Once chips have been exchanged, the surrendered chips may not be used again. Tickets issued through an exchange are not redeemable for cash.

Each drawing ticket must be associated with an identifiable entrant who has completed the Official Entry Form. Participants must follow the identification and ticket-submission instructions provided at the exchange station.

Sponsor will ensure that complimentary entries submitted through the form are included in the applicable Drawing along with valid entries issued through chip exchanges.

Unexchanged chips do not constitute Drawing entries. Chips remaining after the exchange deadline do not create a right to receive late entries, extend the deadline, or obtain cash redemption.

7. Duplicate Forms, Invalid Entries, and Entry Integrity

An individual may not obtain more than one complimentary form entry by using different names, email addresses, telephone numbers, devices, or submission methods.

If an entrant inadvertently submits the form more than once, Sponsor will retain one valid complimentary entry and disregard the duplicate form submissions. Additional tickets properly obtained through the disclosed chip-exchange procedure are not duplicate form entries.

An entry may be rejected if it is materially false, submitted after the deadline, counterfeit, altered, improperly obtained, or insufficient to identify the entrant.

Deliberate impersonation, automated submission of duplicate forms, manipulation of ticket records, unauthorized reproduction of tickets, or interference with the selection process may result in disqualification.

Sponsor will apply entry-validation standards consistently and will document material decisions affecting eligibility.

8. Free Attendance at the Drawing

There is no charge to attend the Drawing. An individual is not required to purchase Event admission, make a donation, or obtain chips to enter the designated Drawing area and remain present for the selection and announcement of winners.

Individuals attending solely for the Drawing may identify themselves to an Event representative upon arrival and request directions to the free Drawing area.

Free Drawing access does not include separately sold meals, beverages, entertainment packages, or other Event benefits. None of those purchases is required to use the complimentary entry method or attend the Drawing.

Sponsor will provide a reasonable opportunity for free attendees to hear or otherwise receive the announcements, identify themselves if selected, complete verification, and receive a prize.

Participants are responsible for arriving before the Drawing begins and remaining in the designated Drawing area for the applicable selection.

9. Drawing and Random Selection

The Drawing will take place at the Event location after the 9:30 p.m. entry and exchange deadline. Sponsor will announce the Drawing’s commencement and identify the designated Drawing area.

Potential winners will be selected randomly from the valid entries in the applicable entry pool. The selection process will account for each valid complimentary entry and each valid drawing ticket issued through the chip-exchange procedure.

Prizes will be drawn in the order disclosed in the Prize Schedule. Any separate prize pools or prize-specific ticket requirements must be disclosed before entries are accepted.

The likelihood of selection depends on the number of valid entries associated with an entrant, the total number of valid entries in the applicable pool, and the prizes remaining to be awarded.

Selection and announcement establish a potential winner only. Receipt of a prize remains subject to the presence, response, and verification requirements in these Official Rules.

10. Presence and Response Requirements

A SELECTED ENTRANT MUST BE PHYSICALLY PRESENT IN THE DESIGNATED DRAWING AREA WHEN THEIR NAME OR TICKET NUMBER IS SELECTED AND ANNOUNCED.

Presence elsewhere at the venue, availability by telephone, participation by video, or attendance by a representative does not satisfy this requirement.

Sponsor will announce the selected name or ticket number three (3) times. The selected entrant will have two (2) minutes following the final announcement to identify themselves to a Drawing official.

A clear verbal or visual response is sufficient to establish a timely response. An entrant who timely responds does not need to reach the stage or verification table within that period if mobility or accessibility assistance is required.

Sponsor will provide reasonable accommodations for participants with disabilities while maintaining the physical-presence requirement.

If the selected entrant is absent, fails to respond within the stated period, declines the prize, or is determined to be ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate using the same random procedure. Entries belonging to an absent or ineligible entrant will be excluded from subsequent selections once that status has been established.

11. Verification and Prize Limit

A potential winner must provide government-issued identification or other reasonably reliable documentation sufficient to establish identity and age. When selection is announced by ticket number, Sponsor may also require the corresponding ticket stub or verification against the ticket-assignment record.

Sponsor may require a signed eligibility declaration and acknowledgment of prize receipt. Verification will not require a donation, purchase, processing payment, or prize-release fee.

A potential winner who timely identifies themselves but cannot immediately provide the required documentation must complete verification before the Event concludes. Reasonable accommodations may be provided where appropriate, using equivalent standards for similarly situated participants.

There is a limit of one (1) prize per person. Once an entrant is selected and timely responds, all remaining entries associated with that entrant will be excluded from subsequent prize selections while verification is completed.

If verification is not completed within the applicable period, Sponsor may select an alternate from the remaining eligible entries. Any alternate remains subject to the same presence, response, and verification requirements.

12. Prizes and Prize Schedule

The prizes, quantities, approximate retail values, drawing order, and material restrictions will be disclosed by the sponsor.

The Prize Schedule forms part of these Official Rules and must be available before entries are accepted.

Any expiration date, reservation requirement, age restriction, transfer limitation, or expense necessary to use a prize must be disclosed in the Prize Schedule. Sponsor will not impose an undisclosed material condition after entry.

A winner is entitled to the particular prize for which the winning entry was selected. No cash alternative, substitution, or exchange is available unless offered by Sponsor or required by law.

If an advertised prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor will provide a remedy consistent with applicable law and the winner’s rights. Any permitted replacement will have an equal or greater value and will not impose materially greater obligations without the winner’s agreement.

Prizes will be delivered at the Event or through arrangements confirmed with the verified winner. Sponsor will not charge a fee to release or deliver a prize.

13. Taxes and Required Documentation

Each winner is responsible for taxes legally imposed on that winner in connection with receipt of a prize. Sponsor will comply with applicable reporting and withholding requirements.

Where legally required, a winner may be asked to provide tax documentation through a secure process before prize distribution. Sensitive tax information should not be submitted through the public entry form.

This provision does not authorize an arbitrary administrative fee, purported tax, or other payment as a condition of prize release.

14. Personal Information

Information collected through the Official Entry Form will be used to administer the Drawing, associate tickets with entrants, verify eligibility, communicate concerning prizes, maintain appropriate records, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

An entrant’s name or ticket number may be announced publicly as necessary to conduct the Drawing. Personal contact information will not be publicly announced as part of winner selection.

Sponsor will use reasonable safeguards to protect nonpublic entry and verification information and will retain it only as reasonably necessary for administration, recordkeeping, and legal obligations.

Any consent to unrelated marketing, promotional photography, or public endorsement will be requested separately. Such consent is not a requirement for receiving a prize.

15. Administration, Conduct, and Disqualification

Sponsor will administer the Drawing reasonably, in good faith, and consistently with these Official Rules.

Sponsor may disqualify an individual upon a reasonable, documented determination that the individual has submitted materially false information, obtained unauthorized entries, manipulated the process, impersonated another person, or engaged in threatening or unlawful conduct affecting the Drawing.

Participants must comply with lawful venue and safety requirements. An individual removed from the venue for a legitimate safety or conduct reason remains subject to the physical-presence requirement.

No employee, volunteer, vendor, or Event representative may privately promise a prize, alter an entrant’s ticket count without authorization, or grant an undisclosed exception to these Official Rules.

16. Technical Problems and Administrative Errors

Participants are responsible for providing accurate information and completing the required submission steps. Sponsor will exercise reasonable care in receiving entries, recording exchanges, maintaining the entry pool, and conducting selections.

If a technical failure or administrative error materially affects the Drawing, Sponsor will use a reasonable corrective procedure designed to preserve fair administration and the rights of affected entrants.

Sponsor will not knowingly disregard a timely valid entry because of an error attributable to its own administration when that error can reasonably be corrected before selection.

An entry or exchange deadline will not be extended for selected individuals through an undisclosed exception.

17. Interruption, Rescheduling, or Cancellation

If an emergency, venue closure, technical failure, fraud, legal requirement, or other circumstance materially prevents fair or safe administration, Sponsor may suspend, reschedule, or cancel the Drawing to the extent reasonably necessary.

Material changes will be communicated through the Event website, announcements at the venue, and, when practicable, the contact information supplied by entrants.

If the Drawing is rescheduled, Sponsor will provide reasonable notice and a meaningful opportunity for affected entrants to satisfy the attendance requirement. Existing valid entries will remain valid unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Cancellation or modification does not eliminate any refund, prize, or other obligation imposed by applicable law.

18. Governing Law and Preservation of Rights

These Official Rules and the Drawing are subject to applicable Utah law and applicable federal law. Participation is void where prohibited.

Nothing in these Official Rules represents that a governmental entity has licensed, sponsored, endorsed, or approved the Drawing or the Event.

No provision excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuses fraud or willful misconduct, or waives an entrant’s nonwaivable statutory rights.

If a provision is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, it will be applied only to the extent permitted by law. The remaining provisions will continue in effect unless doing so would materially undermine the lawful or fair administration of the Drawing.

19. Entrant Acknowledgment

By submitting the Official Entry Form, each entrant confirms that:

(a) The entrant is at least eighteen (18) years of age;

(b) The information supplied is accurate;

(c) The entrant understands that the complimentary form entry is limited to one (1) per person;

(d) The entrant understands that additional drawing tickets may be obtained through the disclosed optional chip-exchange procedure;

(e) The entrant understands that form submissions and chip exchanges must be completed by 9:30 p.m. Mountain Time on the date of the Event;

(f) The entrant understands that chips cannot be redeemed or returned for cash;

(g) The entrant understands that physical presence, a timely response when selected, and eligibility verification are required to receive a prize; and

(h) The entrant agrees to these Official Rules, subject to applicable law.
